To get your project/event captured, we first get in touch by e-mail or phone to discuss your project/event. We can also meet somewhere to further discuss details and share any ideas on how the project/event is going to happen (ie. contact information, dates and location of the project/event). It is a lot easier for me to provide an exact rate based on your needs.

A day or two prior to the event, I like to conduct a quick survey of the area where the project/event is going to take place. During this time at the site, you can show me how you want everything to be captured.

The day of the project/event, I will arrive early to prepare and set-up equipment. I will speak with you about the small details, to ensure I can provide the best coverage as possible. Coordination and communication is crucial at this time!

Once the day is over, I will discuss with you the details of the outcome and determine a deadline for the first draft.

Depending on the project complexity, it can take up to a month or two to complete the editing. Once the initial draft is complete, I will review it with you. I take your comments and suggestions, and adapt the video to your needs and taste. Audio can be changed, transition can be re-arranged, titles can be added... Every time a change is made, you will be able to review the video until you are satisfied. After editing, I will output the video to any format you would like: DVD, .mov file, Youtube, iphone/ipod. The DVD copy includes a hard case with cover containing pictures of your choice. The DVD will have an animated menu matching the character of your project/event.

Here is how the process of getting a project/event captured usually go
